Travel Brochsure

Bangkok

Inspired Media

I wanted this brochure to highlight the beautiful city of Bangkok, Thailand. We had to research 10-12 places to explore and highlight them to attract tourists.

I made a mini 1in by 1in sketched mock up of what idea I wanted to highlight these different landmarks. I decided to proceed with the center and top right layouts.

Final Layout

I used a coral pink to tie the brochure back to the pink from the cover. I wanted the main graphic in this brochure to be the numbers. I wanted the silhouette of the numbers to contain the images of the landmark mentioned.

The layout is a wrapped accordion fold. For the front, I wanted the images to be captivated by the interesting silhouettes of the numbers. For this I decided to use the font, Corsario VF, as it has thick, curvy letters that can captivate the audience. I wanted to use images that were colorful and preferably had yellow or blue, so they tie the images together. The titles of the different sites are also written in the Thai language as a decorative element. I made sure that they font for the body text was also avaliable in Thai called  Greycliff Thai CF. The back of the brochure has the history of Bangkok and tourist reviews of the city. Along with other dazzling images of the citylife.
